Where will my domains be hosted?
When you purchase a domain from InboxFlow, it’ll be accessible from your dashboard. While we handle the DNS setup for you, you’ll still retain full control over your domain DNS settings
Can I migrate my domains that I bought somewhere else?
Currently, you can’t. However this is a feature that we have planned for the near future
Will I have access to my emails?
Yes you’ll be able to access a login link for your inboxes, as well as setting up email forwarding to be able to manage all responses from a master inbox

What exactly am I paying for in my subscription?
Our subscription prices include both the automated DNS setup, as well as on-going hosting for your inboxes
How quickly does your system work?
On average, our system takes 25-30 seconds to setup one domain and can handle multiple domains at once. Setting up user inboxes on these domains adds very little time
Why do we have to buy domains separately?
This is because we do not limit you based on how many domains you purchase. The monthly subscription includes hosting your inboxes as well as all the automation features.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel at any time in your profile. Your subscription will stay active until the next billing date, but you won’t be charged again
Can I see my invoices?
Yes, you can see your invoices under the billing section of your profile
Can I edit my DNS records & manage my domains?
Yes! You have full control over your domains, the same as if you had purchased from another registrar
What sending platforms do you support?
We directly support Instantly & Smartlead and provide you with a CSV of your inbox credentials that you can import directly. We also give you the ability to create your own custom mapping so that you can import into any sending tool with bulk-account upload functionality.
Does InboxFlow send emails?
Not at this time, no. InboxFlow is just an inbox setup tool
