1. Who these terms apply to
These terms apply to InboxFlow's website, audit funnel, application, connected sequencer workflows, monitoring, and paid services. By using InboxFlow, creating an account, connecting a sequencer, accepting an audit, or paying for services, you agree to these terms.
If you use InboxFlow on behalf of a company, agency, or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.
2. InboxFlow accounts and workspaces
InboxFlow may create or reuse a workspace for your organization when you sign up, start an Extra Replies Audit, connect a sequencer, or become a paid customer. Audit-created workspaces may later become paid workspaces for the same organization.
You are responsible for keeping account access secure and for making sure the email address and organization information you provide are accurate.
3. Connected accounts and permissions
InboxFlow works by connecting to third-party email sequencing platforms and related infrastructure services that you authorize. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect those accounts and share their data with InboxFlow.
When you connect a sequencer, InboxFlow may read campaign, sender, inbox, reply, tag, and account data needed to provide audits, monitoring, analysis, reporting, and operational workflows.
InboxFlow will not send outbound emails or edit live campaigns as part of the Extra Replies Audit. Paid or operational services may involve additional actions only when those actions are part of the service you have authorized.
4. Audit results and monitoring
The Extra Replies Audit models reply-rate opportunities from the data available through your connected account. Audit results are estimates and analysis, not guarantees of future performance.
Audit monitoring is part of the Extra Replies Audit experience. When you accept these terms and connect a sequencer through the audit flow, InboxFlow may continue to analyze connected account data after the first audit result. Monitoring may be used to update internal snapshots, show future results, identify changing reply-rate opportunities, and help InboxFlow recommend next steps.
You can request that audit monitoring be disabled. If an API key expires, is revoked, or stops working, InboxFlow may stop monitoring that connection and may ask you to reconnect.
5. Paid services
Some InboxFlow services are paid. Pricing, scope, payment timing, and commercial terms may be agreed through proposals, order forms, payment links or invoices shared directly by InboxFlow, or other written agreement between you and InboxFlow.
Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, fees are non-refundable once paid, except where required by law or where InboxFlow explicitly offers a written guarantee for that service.
6. Customer data and responsibilities
You retain ownership of the data you provide or connect to InboxFlow. You grant InboxFlow permission to process that data to provide, improve, secure, support, and analyze the service.
You are responsible for complying with laws, platform rules, privacy obligations, and third-party contracts that apply to your outbound programs, connected accounts, and customer or prospect data.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use InboxFlow to break the law, violate third-party rights, bypass platform restrictions, interfere with the service, reverse engineer the service, or connect accounts you are not authorized to use.
InboxFlow may suspend or limit access if we reasonably believe your use creates security, legal, platform, deliverability, or operational risk.
8. Service changes and availability
InboxFlow may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Third-party platforms, APIs, rate limits, data quality, and account permissions can affect what InboxFlow can analyze or automate.
9. No professional advice or guaranteed outcomes
InboxFlow provides software, analysis, operational workflows, and related services. It does not provide legal, tax, financial, or compliance advice.
Performance projections, recovered reply estimates, audit outputs, monitoring changes, and recommendations are based on available data and modeling. Actual outcomes can differ.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, InboxFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, InboxFlow's total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid InboxFlow for the service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the claim.
11. Termination
You may stop using InboxFlow at any time. InboxFlow may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, create material risk, or stop paying for a paid service.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including payment obligations, data permissions needed for wind-down, confidentiality, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute terms, will survive.
12. Updates to these terms
InboxFlow may update these terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users or present the updated terms before continued use.
Continued use of InboxFlow after updated terms take effect means you accept the updated terms.
